Returns
- All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- There is a 20 percent restocking fee for any returned items that are NON-Defective
- Shipping charges are not reimbursed for the return of NON-Defective items
- All returns must be made in it's original packaging and must not be damaged. Please email [email protected] for proper return instructions.
- Please contact [email protected] immediately in the event that you receive an item that is broken or defective...
- Broken or defective items will be replaced at absolutely no charge to the customer.
Shipping
- Shipping will never be more than the flat rate of $5.00 for any purchase
- Items can be shipped throughout the U.S. Mainland
- Orders are shipped by UPS ground within 2-3 business days
- Tracking number will be provided by email after item is shipped
- All shipped items should be delivered within 7-10 business days
